Acacia Capital Robert Larson, Kelly Vickers Robert Larson who owns Acacia Capital is Allowing AMC to threaten and Bullie Tenants Los Angeles California

I've been renting here for over a year, I don't bother anyone and I mind my own business, but I will not be threatened or bullied anymore. AMC is the worst managment company and Acacia Capital is allowing threats and bulling of managment toward tenants. Gossiping and lies are ongoing. Judy Parker has her pet rat Wesley who meddles in tenants affairs and reports back to Judy causing havoc. The gossip is so bad, that Carol House a reception is also gossiping and she is in another county and state working for Acacia.

As tenants pay for everything here. All utilities and company insurance. Orignally AMC is using outdated rental contracts with outdated information, because that is what I ended up signing not knowing this until my lease expired. Steve Chong refused to provided my with information as I requested numerous times until I (cc -email) to Kelly Vickers who works for Acacia and over sees this porperty. (She refuses to speak to the tenants).  So I am confident AMC will lie and she will beleive them. Its in the favor to do so to keep the account. But many other people nation wide have complained about abuse and harrassment of AMC.

I wanted information of month - to - month and Steve jerked me around for weeks stating, "well, I will see what I can do".



This is coming from a property manager.  Once I sent a final email he responded with telling me I had to now pay $1561 a month starting Decemeber 1st, yet he forgot how he lied to me before and expressed something entirely different.

For months AMC was bulling me with a $130 increase in rent and we are in a rent controlled area.  Many times maintance has set me up in the laundry room and today provoking me. All I asked was to be left alone. Many of the tenants are disrespectful loud radio till 5am, bang and slamming doors, smoking in a "smoke free enviroment". I will leave but I am going to expose all of their abuse and ongoing threats.
