After researching these idiots after they screwed me, I decided to post the truth about these idiots. Number one, ask yourself why did they change their name from MetroGistics to Acertus? Because they are screwing people and they are trying to hide using new company names ever year or two. Total scammers.
The get a request from a customer for a price..... they buy leads. They never talk to the customer - they simply post the load on the national dispatching system. The customers cancel after they do a little homework about this company and then they cancel on the hard working truck driver who made room for the vehicle and then the carrier gets screwed due to the last minute cancellation. These guys screw customers by committing fraud. They have no right to post loads without a contract signed by the customer.
They screw carriers so much that drivers will never call them when they post a load after a short time of pulling this scam (thus they have to change their name all the time). Don't trust them. Don't believe them. Don't fall for their scams and fraud.
You have been warned! Buyer beware.
