Adoreclassy Byer beware, They lie, they do not refund, they do not do what their contract says and the work is crappy DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON, SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE A DEALER OF ANY KIND. 

I Ordered a comforter, within 2 hours I tried to cancel the comforter due to the material it was made of.  They said it was already mailed out so they could not stop it.  I asked how I could return it, they proceeded to tell me that I could not return it since it was made for me per my order.  There is no way they made a comforter and pillow shams, and all the trimmings on this one in under 2 hours and got it in the mail on a Sunday.

They refuse to take it back and it is made with Crappy material that the person it was going to is allergic to.

They state in their About us "We provide you with an excellent shopping experience as our client’s satisfaction matter a lot."  This is a lie, they lied about it being custom made so that I could not return it.

Their refund states "Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

This is not a special order nor does it state in the picture that it is a special order and will be made at the time you place the order.  she just told me that so I was unable to return it.  Besides that, there is no way they made it in under 2 hours.  Nor was it a sale.

Customer service was rude, there is no phone number to call them, there is no address to return it to. 

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.  TRY MACYS OR SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE
