Adult Friend Finder Various Inc., Friend Finder Inc. Bans for no reason, Refuses refunds, Works with Cyber Terrorist Trolls to gain Windfall Profits from Popular Accounts Campbell CA

I joined Adult Friend Finder for 4 months from October 2020 - January 2021. In those 4 months, I gained 25 Top Fans and had somehow accumulated 4100 points - just enough to 'cash out' a free month of Gold Membership. I was suddenly banned with no reason. When I contacted them, they told me I needed to hire a lawyer to submit a subpoena to know the reason. I contacted them to request escalation of my concerns, and provided evidence of wrongful ban  - possibly due to a Cyber Terrorist's constant harassment on their site. Each response was just another 'form letter' with increasing vehemence and incorrect grammar.

There is a 15 year long Cyber Terrorist Troll/OGre on their site that constantly haunts the Alberta Chat Room - and who is reportedly under RCMP investigation. This OGre is a Cyber Terrorist known to have created over 300 alternate/fake profiles. It catphishes for information, then uses it to attack people and/or copycats to create yet another fake profile. In those 4 months alone, I met over 40 people who had been attacked by it. When anyone responds to defend themselves, this Cyber Terrorist OGre reports them for 'abuse' or 'harassment', pretending to be the victim. 

Somehow, Adult Friend Finder heeds this OGre's false reports, and instantly bans the actual victims of the OGre's attacks. Meanwhile, I personally sent over 20 examples of evidence showing how this OGre divulged other members' personal information (Real First & Last Names), talked about their children, divulged & insulted members' private medical history/conditions, copy/pasted other members' Profile Information and prior chat posts, and fabricated lies targetting myself and other members to create animosity and drama in the Chat Rooms. Somehow, this OGre is still there. Whereas at least 8 members that I know of have been banned, including myself.

I was told that I could not get a refund on my Gold membership since I was the Account Holder, but not the Purchaser (my Gold membership was a Gift Certificate). When the Purchaser called to get a refund, they  were told that they couldn't receive the refund because they weren't the Account Holder. I asked to 'cash out' my 4100 accumulated points. Adult Friend Finder stated I could not because my account had been banned.

So :

-Adult Friend Finder keeps the Money from all the Memberships of the people that they ban for no reason.

-Adult Friend Finder keeps all the Points of the members that they ban (so no loss on cash outs).

-Adult Friend Finder never provides any reason for why they ban Members.

It seems banning paying and high points earning Members is actually profitable for Adult Friend Finder.

This would also explain why Adult Friend Finder allows that Cyber Terrorist OGre and so many other Trolls on their site: Trolls tend to go after 'popular girls' who contribute positive content. These Popular accounts also likely earn the most points. So banning these Popular Accounts allows Adult Friend Finder to not only make money from the other Members who gift or tip points, but to RETAIN all the points from the Popular Accounts, that otherwise might get 'cashed out' as a 'loss' to Adult Friend Finder. Retaining and colluding with Trolls and Cyber Terrorists who have over 300 fake profiles, would make the appearance of member activity falsely high on Adult Friend Finder as well.

I am beginning to suspect that Adult Friend Finder actually WORKS with these Trolls and Cyber Terrorists on their site in order to generate and retain earnings as per above.

The Customer Service/Help Line AND the alleged Abuse Team 'investigators' on Adult Friend Finder are incredibly incompetent and barely speak English (save for one or two). 

This experience demonstrates COLLUSION between Adult Friend Finder AND the rampant unchecked Trolls and Cyber Terrorists on their site.

Adult Friend Finder has absolutely ZERO PROTECTIONS and demonstrates zero concern for the Protection of our personal information. 

I would caution everyone NOT to spend any money or points on other members on Adult Friend Finder, and find a better site or a better way to show your support of Popular Accounts that ensures those Members actually receive your gifts, rather than Adult Friend Finder. (Note: Even when you do send tips or gifts, Adult Friend Finder already takes about 15% of the total amount before the Member sees it).

In SUMMARY:

-Adult Friend Finder bans Member Accounts without providing any reason. There is no internal appeals process, nor bona fide 'investigation' that they conduct.

-Adult Friend Finder refuses to issue refunds to either the Account Holder or to the Purchaser of the Gold Memberships.

-Adult Friend Finder capitalizes on these banned accounts and any points they had accumulated up to the point of banning.

-Adult Friend Finder colludes with Trolls and Cyber Terrorists to get Member Accounts banned, in order to capitalize on their points and earnings.
