A debauched stripper would be too embarrassed to donate the clothing from this "company".  I ordered two dresses and a catsuit, each piece was more poorly made than the last (two of the items were intended for Halloween)

Immediately when I opened the box, the STENCH that wafted from the garments would bring anyone to their knees! It was an aroma of cat urine, greasy/unwashed hair and moth balls if I ventured to guess.  I made my poor husband take a whiff, because I  genuinely was in utter disbelief.

It was 100% evident that everything had been previously worn and soiled.  My ONLY recourse was contacting "Customer Service" via email, since there is no phone number listed on her laughable, amateurish "website".

I thoroughly explained my dissatisfaction with firstly the unbelievable putrid stench, followed by the inferior quality and used condition (the pieces didn't even include tags!)

The company owner/customer service rep/only person that even works there, Lynesha Etienne, barks that there are "no returns due to Covid " and that I can exchange only.   I naturally did not want an exchange  from her Chinese, unhygienic, back-alley site.  When I continued to gently assert, proving the items' pre-worn condition and elaborating on the SMELL, she turned  completely vulgar and ghetto, spitting profanity and threats!  If I ventured to guess, SHE wore my purchaes and was personally responsible for putrid smell. It's the only deduction as to why she was so ugly, defensive and unprofessional.

Shame on me for not seeing all the RED FLAGS before I ordered. Her instagram page has 10k followers, yet each post receives 2 to 3 likes. Evidently, she doesn't realize that if you BUY followers, you also must BUY likes to maintain the charade. The typed paragraphs on the front page of her website read as if she was intoxicated or high when she dictated. The lack of grammar and basic spell check also gave me pause, but I figured English was her second language. Nope, she is just an uneducated, dirty, classless charlatan.
