Ajay Bhatia is a ruthless, awful, and incompetent manager at the United States Patent Office.  His legacy is bad faith abuse of patent examiners.  

He is notorious for being demeaning and extremely brutal in his management style and interactions with patent examiners in his art unit.  As a Supervisory Patent Examiner or SPE, he is ineffective and lacks decorum.  

Ajay Bhatia is absolutely incompetent in most aspects of management and patent examination procedure.  He discriminatorily and unfairly targets patent examiners by requiring them to rework their actions with minimal to no feedback.  When feedback is requested, he refuses to reply or meet with the examiner or provides little feedback that is designed to cause extra work as a way to punish the examiners for no valid reason.

Ajay Bhatia is a complete fool and is inadequate to act in any supervisory capacity.  He should be demoted and removed from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for his discriminatory and abusive actions against USPTO employees.
