Alex Hollinger, Hollinger Diamonds LLC Alex Hollinger Has failed to pay me $9000 for my gold necklace New York New York

Alex agreed to buy my gold necklace for $9000 . When payment was not received,  in the time frame Alex stated it would be received in,  I started asking about the payment & when I will receive it? Alex then started calling me a Karen , accused me of threatening him,  said that he was turning me & my case over to " Legal " I ended up humbling myself , apologizing for doing nothing wrong .He then sent me a check that was from a CLOSED ACCOUNT.  Then he sent me a new check that bounced & I had to pay fee's due to it bouncing . Then he sends me a Certified check for $100 telling me that he plans on paying me $100 per month until he has paid me my $9000 .I demanded my necklace to be returned to me.  His response is "I don't think so Karen " then he says that a certified check was sent via snail mail . That never happened.  Then he sends me another non-certified check for $8500 from the same account as the check that bounced only this one is also short $400 . I'm not going to deposit that check & get hit with more fee's & be shorted another $400 .Hollinger Diamonds has a utube add that claims that they are built on respect , honesty , transparency , built on Trust . That's a complete lie ! Alex claims the Hollinger Diamonds will always do the right thing. Another lie ! Dealing with Alex has been the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a individual or business in my life ! I'm sure that my posting my honest opinion on this matter publicly,  is going to get me threatened by Alex .

He is going to try telling me that "now you get nothing " 

I haven't gotten paid what I am owed , so I haven't gotten anything as it is . I am in the process of reporting Alex & his company to the BBB , New York department of fraud , New York city fraudulent check division,  GIA association & any other agencies that have any thing to do with anything that Alex has done , in regards to this situation.  I'm willing to stand in front of his business with a sign stating his unprofessional,  unethical and unlawful actions.
