I filed this claim for my Samsung Note 20, which stopped working, 5 weeks ago. I called ST and filed the claim and thought all was going well. They asked me to take the phone to a repair shop to try and get it fixed; I was hesitant but agreed. Worst mistake I could have made.
They "claimed" they would re-imburse me for any and all costs for repair (so far they have not) and would replace the phone if it could not be fixed (they have not). I have spent the last 5 weeks talking to multiple "agents" and four different supervisors ( you can NEVER talk to the same person EVER and have to re-explain every single detail over and over again with each one absolutely assuring you that they will take care of the issue and they are "so sorry you are having problems..."
They are the problem! and they know it and are trained to frustrate you into giving up. They have never called me back (after promising they would multiple times) and they have never contacted the repair shop even though I and the shop have given contact information multiple times.
I am shocked that Allstate is party to such a scam company and is taking peoples money and trust literally to the bank.
