I financed a car 2 months ago with the second day I had engine problems which I continuously kept reaching out to the company about. They kept blowing me off saying there's nothing wrong with the engine. I mentioned that I do not feel safe driving the car with my daughter and they still did nothing about it. Two months later the engine blew out in the middle of the highway. When I called to inform them they told me that they were being harassed by me and blocked me from their contact. I had to stay home from my job for a few days because I no longer have a car. They had me sign two separate contracts however, after reviewing my contact I realized they hid the Carfax from me and forge my signature because I specifically said to them I do not want a car with more than one driver or previous accidents. Turns out the car had two previous owners. A few accidents and was repossessed. They also lied about where they got the car and how long they were in business. They then called me claiming they want to help but then asked me to run my credit and for another down payment to provide me with another car while I'm stuck paying for the other loan.

your Attorney General immediately and provide all documents that you signed. If any of the documents contain a forged signature, then the entire transaction can be voided due to fraud. Have your Attorney General subpoena all the documents from the dealer and check for forged signatures.

Good luck to you!

Ally Not Involved!

The lender has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. All Ally did was fund the loan. Your problems are with the dealer and whether or not you received a warranty or bought the car "as is”.

It is an As is sell.

None of what you mentioned is considered fraud. You have no proof they forged your signature on anything.

If you do not have a warranty the default position is AS IS. These means it dies 10 minutes after signing the paper work to bad.
