I spoke to Joe Hosford to put my deal together for some cameras. He sent his A-hole of a son a complete racist. This kid totally lacked knowledge of what he was supposed to do and had to call for support about 5 times when he was here. They used the cheapest Hik Vision cameras possible. I looked them up on the Internet and found that I could buy the exact same product for about $580 for the cameras and NVR they put in. They sold me the system for $1,500; meaning they made at least $900. Really? Even if they marked the product up to $900, the kid wasn't worth $600. He made excuse after excuse and my system still isn't setup right. Hosford and his moron kid are a bunch of racist pricks. I posted this same review on Yelp. Complete scammers, liers, and thieves.
