She even uses male names when trying to conduct her fraud online! She uses the names Alexander Grinager, Aaron Grinager, and Alex Grinager. There is no limit to what she will do to try to CON, manipulate, and steal from hard-working San Diego citizens who are just trying to make a living and support their families! 

   The methods she uses for intimidation start with emails. She will begin sending harassing and threatening emails to individuals claiming she is going to sue them, put them in prison, and take all of their future earnings from their jobs. She threatens them by telling them that for the rest of their lives, they will never be able to own anything or have anything in their name! Once she's established this through multiple harassing emails, she will tell the victim that she just wants to settle out a court, while trying to extort them for whatever cash she can by the threats of all mentioned above. Once she has accomplished this objective, she moves on to social media, mainly Facebook, to start sending messages there, threatening civil litigation, prison time, accusations of theft embezzlement, and fraud, all while threatening to ruin their lives forever.

Amanda is 52 years old and living at her 11th address in just a few years at 4227 Maryland St. APT # 8 San Diego, California. (In the Hillcrest area) This is because people find she rents from find out how nasty, manipulating, and conniving she is - and kick her out! She manipulates people into renting her a room, then unknowingly to the leasee, she uses their residence as a home base to conduct her fraud, deception, intimidation, and harassment of dozens of individuals at a time! If she doesn't get the fraud victim to "comply" with her demands, she begins messaging them on their social profiles, phones, emails, and any other way she can intimate them into giving her money by "settling out of court"

 This evil woman must be stopped, she is a danger to society, she will stop at nothing to try to extort any individual she can and knows until they give in and give her free money also she doesn't have to work a normal job like everyone else.
