I don’t want another person to lose their money on this unprofessional business. The services they provide anyone could do given the time. Believe me. The company constantly tried to upsell or sell me more services when they failed to do the original services purchased. I never received the information requested, and it was never acknowledged. They issue you a team – I only talked to 2 out of the 6. Once I issued my manuscript, they reformatted it into an unreadable format I didn’t want and could have done myself. I requested for it to be changed – no response. Their idea of proofreading is spell check and grammar check, which you have in Word or Grammarly. You don’t need them. They use false names – they share this in the Terms and Conditions on their website. The refund policy is bogus. They sell you a discounted product, and when you buy it discounted, you immediately become ineligible for a refund. I kept messaging them, and it took an extensive amount of my time, effort, and exasperation. They promise things and never follow through. Everything is vague with them. No clarity in answers if you get a response. I have never been so frustrated. They must work outside of the USA, but their website says they are in California. They change their website domain names often. FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
