Amazonforum.com pops up when paying Amazon customers search for Amazon customer service contacts. The site looks very much like an Amazon website, with Amazon company logos and Amazon device and service logos displayed prominently, and it is described as an Amazon forum. Some members claim they are "Amazon Staff" and include this information next to their usernames. The only way to ask a customer service question on these forums is to use your existing Amazon login and password information, which they are linked to and have access to (even though Amazon SWEARS this is not their site).

The "Amazon Staff" members of this forum have given private addresses, full names, and user login and password info to random general public members of this forum.

I've had to change my user info several times now as a result of this.

At the Twitter @AmazonHelp, an Amazon employee (supposedly -- there are now so many lies on the part of both Amazon and these fraudulent forums, I'm not sure @AmazonHelp is an actual Amazon social media account -- probably not), gives a bizarre answer, claiming it's a public forum, but only people with Amazon accounts can ask questions (hence the need to give them your Amazon login/password to access it). Here's the response:

Amazon Help   @AmazonHelp   Hi there. While we do respond to customer questions in the forum, it's open to the public. Anyone with an Amazon account can make posts. If you see something that violates our terms of service here: https://amzn.to/47QwxQh, you can flag the post for review. -Shannon     5:14 PM · Aug 29, 2023 · 50 Views     In response to my direct request for info, this is the email I received from another SUPPOSED Amazon employee (at this point, I canonly assume this is more lies): Amazon.com Executive Customer Relations <ecr-replies@amazon.com> Tue, Aug 29, 2023 at 9:25 AM Reply-To: ecr-replies+A170Z4LHGXYW5K@amazon.com To: incommunicado99@gmail.com Your Account Amazon.com Message From Executive Customer Relations Hello Nina,

It's an Amazon site

The customer service person is confused. That is definitely an official Amazon site. You can check for yourself by looking up the WHOIS record for the domain name. It's administered by MarkMonitor which is the same company that controls the main Amazon.com domain name.

Aware of ACRIS Data

AUTHOR: Nina - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 30, 2023

Yes, I know, and I sent copies of the ACRIS data to Amazon legal, the CEO's office, et al., and I called "Jodi H" out on her deliberate lies. I also informed Amazon that I am aware the "Amazon Staff" members there are sharing protected (supposedly, ha!) Amazon customer information with their "pro users", who are just a bunch of thuggish hangers-on who toady up to the "Amazon Staff" and bully and abuse Amazon customers and use their personal data to harass them.
