A friend of ours went to see a house for sale in the Copper Bend section of Cypress Tx 77429. The friend used an agent and the builders sales agent, Ame Lane, came to the house for the tour. Initially the tour went well with my friend , however, the next day, Ame Lane reached out to the friend's agent and told the agent my friend was using 2 agents to show the exact same house. Some how Ame Lane tried to be Ms. Detective and ruined the offer that was about to take place because she did not want my friend ( who is of color and non-white) to buy the home.

Ame Lane, sale rep with Perry Homes in Cypress, Texas made such a big deal about using 2 agents that the contract was never placed. The fact is my friend only used one agent. Ame Lane did not want the friend to place an offer, and Ame wanted to dictate who lived there. Ame Lane is a racist. Beware when you go view any home with Perry Homes and she is there. Ame Lane used to work with Keller Williams with a Texas Real Esate License number of #467129 . 

Would highly suggest to report Ame Lane if you ever run into these types of problems with any real estate transaction or deal. Ame Lane aka Ame Lynn McDaniel , aka Ame Lynn Lane is a scammer and a true racist at heart. Ame Lane is a woman that is completely unprofessional. Even if my friend or anyone in America used 2 agents to look for a home - its not illegal to do so. Why did Ame Lane care so much? Because she is a racist. 

Beware when you tour, deal or try to have any communication with Ame Lane. She is a liar. A true con at heart.
