Andrew Bloomer from Monroe, Louisiana is in possession of a large amount of stolen Armando Huerta art and is looking to illegally acquire more. Andrew goes by the name "Bloomdog" on Comic Art Fans and bloomerdrew on Instagram. On eBay his seller name is la410 and here you will find him selling counterfeit Armando Huerta prints with no Certificate of Authenticity. Andrew is partners with Monica Moynihan who does the selling while he works deals to acquire stolen art behind-the-scenes.

Andrew's full name is Andrew Lameraux Bloomer. He tries to hide his identity by using different names, even female, for example Andrea Bloomer. For a complete list go to Andrew L Bloomer on True People Search.

Andrew Bloomer also stole a promotional video I directed and paid for and posted it on his Instagram in order to advertise his stolen Armando Huerta art. I contacted him and demanded that he remove it and he didn't. I then decided to play dumb in order to extract information from him that I could then use as evidence when I go to the authorities and report him for being in possession of stolen goods. According to the statutes of the State of Louisiana, La. Rev. Stat. § 14:67 (2020), criminals in possession of stolen items valued at $25,000 or more can receive a sentence of imprisonment of 20 years or more. He has millions of dollars worth of stolen art so I'm assuming that would be a lifetime sentence.

Here are some of the incriminating statements that Andrew Bloomer has made:

"The Bettie [painting] ... anyone can get. It's been stolen."

"I bought a bulk lot."

"Me and a friend have or had maybe 13 plus paintings plus maybe 50 drawings."

"I want Lady Death [the stolen painting] ... guy will not sell. I offered high. 8K."

"[Monica Moynihan] sells everything for me and herself."

"We know where 3 paintings are that nobody knows about location. They are promised to us if they ever sell. One will be next year I am sure."

"I have a deal on all old Ricky [Carralero] originals."

"I have in process of acquiring over 100 plus comic pages from Armando ... I have scans but not in my hands for few months."

"I had friend trying to buy for me. But he stopped replying ... I am very interested in Armando. It's a long process in finding. Convincing them to sell. And then even keeping in touch for the day they do sell ... You know the value of his work as I do."
