Andrew Burd, AKA Andrew Graham, Andrew Hansen, Keyword Media Group is a known scammer for advertising a mortgage lead business for $20,000 USD as a work from home business. As soon as he receives the 50% upfront payment which is supposedly to setup your website, he ghosts you. He goes by aliases and also uses 1201784 BC Ltd. with a Vancouver address to conduct his scams out of.

Police reports have been filed with the RCMP in Canada as well as online with the National Cybercrime government site (https://report.con.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/)

In the US, a formal complaint has been filed with The Department of Business and Industry Nevada Consumer Affairs ( https://consumeraffairs.nv.gov/About/File_a_complaint/)

If you have also been scammed by this fraudster, I urge you to report it and give this guy everything he deserves and more.

I have full correspondence that I am sharing online including his original response to my business enquiry, the online training session transcript as well as his contract with me.
