Anshul Gupta of Creative Dezine Solutions Charge for work that wasn't done

I worked with a web designer here in NYS who contracted Anshul in India building websites.   My site cost $6200 and took 2 years to complete.   Working with Anshul was actually nice as he is gifted at what he does.  I paid the web designer as progress was made and she paid him privately.

Fast forward 6-7 years.  My practice had unfortunately become the target of daily cyber terrorism and theft causing the loss of emails, phone numbers, domains, phone numbers ect.....  It was at this time I had hired a private IT consultant who harbored a resume to rival most tech giants.   I sent Anshul a specific list of items to be fixed and he started working.   We NEVER discussed PRICING prior to his work on the site.   My consultant estimated at least 3-4 days of work if he didn't take breaks.  The next day I received an email stating he was completed and a NON-ITEMIZED invoice for $1500.00.   To boot, he had actually only completed 40% of the items on the list.

It was at this time COVID was starting and an illness in the family required my full attention.   The hacking continued despite and I almost lost my medical practice as a result.   The case is now in the hands of the FBI and State Attorney's Office not to mention GoDaddy csuite.  During this time Anshul continued to slander me at every turn on social media and even my own patient site.

Finally I decided I would pay him half but of course my finances were locked due to password hacking etc...

I believe in whats do is whats do given the work executed and this felt more like a highway robbery.  Again I've always trusted and worked well with Anshul so I have no clue what really occured on his end.  The site was destroyed completely by the hacking and I've taken my business elsewhere.

In order to Remedy:

1) Immediately cease the slanderous commentary from this classy site.

2) Talk like two respected members of our respective communities to find the mismatch

3) Come to an agreement based off that information

4) Continue enjoying life with loved ones while you still have them
