I ordered the items which totaled over 3K. It was supposed to arrive in 12 days. I paid for express shipping. Over 120 days later I have not received them. They won't refund my money. I don't believe this is a real factory or a real business. I've been in communication. They keep saying the items are in the country but tracking numbers are fake. I would like a refund and requested it several times.
