Apfelbaum Inc Ken Apfelbaum Failed to return Stamp Collection sent to them for free appraisal Jenkintown Pennsylvania

I recently contacted Apfelbaum Stamps about getting an appraisal on a stamp collection and sent my collection as they requested. They gave me an estimated value and an offer to purchase my collection. It was ridiculously low so I rejected their offer and requested it be sent back to me.  When the collection was sent back stamps were missing and albums damaged. I have been going back and forth with Apfelbaum to resolve this.

This process has been ongoing for 3 months. In the middle of the process a number of stamps sent to Mr Apfelbaum were not returned to me and we are trying to resolve it.

Mr Apfelbaum has no sense of urgency or concern for what is going on and I don' seem to matter. He has repeatedly told me that in 25 years of doing business this has never happened and makes veiled comments that I am making it up.  I need to get a response so I can sell the collection to someone else and I can't wait 3 more months until he gets around to it. He keeps making comments that it is somehow not true since his integrity cannot be questioned.
