Please don't ever buy this company for your travel insurance or whatever insure to your family. They will riff you off. This one is very bad. I purchased Arch Insurance through the Gate1 travel company when I purchased a tour on 12/26/2021. My family got a terrible trip. My flight was cancelled and my bags were delayed. My family had no clothes to change two days.
Even my daughter got bitten from mosquitos badly. I opened the claims for bags delayed, fight cancelled and trip interruption. I provided to them all of reports such as: Flight verification cancelled letters, bags delayed noted, Tour manager letter to verify the tour cancelled and all of receipts. After 3 weeks reviewed. They denied my claimed. Do you believe it? Here is the note from them.

We have received and reviewed your Baggage Delay claim of your trip for travel dates December 26, 2021 through January 4, 2022. We have determined that we are unable to approve your claim or to provide any benefits under your claim.
I just don't understant why Gate1 travel company uses Arch company to work with them? I like Gate1travel but I should think over next time if they still use Arch insurance .. never count me in again.
