Arizona Bookkeeping & Accounting Did not Reply to Phone Calls or eMail would my Tax Return Papers to me or my new Tax preparer, Tried to overcharge .

If I could give this firm a 0 stars I would. 

 Shanne Youngblood, the owner was always difficult to contact as she would not return calls or reply to eMails in a timely manner. 

The last time I took my 2020 Tax information to an old neighbor of hers to have faxed,  She never got the paperwork that she sent to the IRS and Arizona Tax bureau.  

She was supposed to contact me when she came to Tucson and was supposed to get me the paperwork and then  was going to pay her. 

She never got in touch with me in the beginning of 2022 and I eventually paid her.  

She charged me $35 more than the Invoice which I disputed with the credit card company and they were in my favor.  

I also called and sent Shanne several eMails and she never called back or replied to my eMails.  

I filed a complaint with the BBB and she never responded to them.    She has 2 business addresses:

For my 2021 and 2022 taxes I went to another Tax Accountant and he contacted Arizona Bookkeeping & Accounting to get my back tax forms and Shanne would not send them to him which is against the Law as they do not belong to her. 

I would never recommend Arizona Bookkeeping & Accounting or use Shannes services ever again and would not advise anybody else to.
