He was charging me $7500 for my GTA cases I had when other lawyers were laughing at my cases and were willing to charge me $1500 per case and told me I would get 3-5 year probabtion are the most. I paid Arvand $38k on my credit cards and did 2 years in state prison for my first ever crime in my life with a clean record.

2 guys in there knew him since they sold drugs to him and everyone including my counselor told me you got ripped off you shouldn't have been here. He took 2 years away from me that I could have had with my family and now I'm filing bankruptcy because off him. Stay away from him.

First of all it is standard that when someone says something that they have nothing to dispute they go right to the "Oh you must be them" or "You must work for them". Well sorry to burst your bubble but you posted on a PUBLIC web site and as such the PUBLIC may post things that you don't agree with. So no I am not this person or have at any time worked for or had any relation to this person.

Second, the BAR is not really intrested in hearing a complaint where their client was actually convicted of the crime. Where since you didn't dispute a single thing said, it is obvious that the attorney probably did a good job to only get you 2 years.

I’ve already submitted paper work to the bar and have nothing further to say to you. You are the criminal and you know exactly what you did don’t play stupid. Good luck and I will make sure I leave a review on every single website, social media, etc.

Oh yea blame the attorney

You have got to be kidding. The only reason you are in this situation is because you stole cars, got caught, and were found guilty.   Nothing in your post denies that, and nothing in your post shows you have any remorse for it.

You also are not some "first time" offender who made a mistake.  With a 38K attorney bill and your use of the word "cases", you were charged with MULTIPLE counts of Grand Theft.  Based on that you should proabably be thanking him you ended up spending only 2 years in Prision, as you could likely have spent a signficant portion of your life there. If you are on probation, you still might if you put yourself back into that situation.

So before you go blaming the attorney for taking 2 years away from you and causing you to declare bankruptcy, take a look at what got you into the situation in the first place. I'll give you a hint. It wasn't this attorney.
