I hired the company to repair a pipe burst in my home back in 2021. My insurance handled a portion and I handled a portion. In total this company has received over 50k to repair damages in my home. I had damages to two floors in my home. One of the items they repaired were my floors, throughout my first floor and a portion of my second floor. Im having issues with the floors coming up, seperating and causing a safety concerns for my toddler and after only one year. Ive had another floor company and the manufacture of the floors  inspect the floors and they confirmed that it was in fact an installation error. I have sent countless of emails to the company to try and resolve this and they have completely ignored my request. The work that they did to my home, was sloppy and in correct. I dont even want to know what they did behind the walls. All trust has been lost. They repiped my entire home and now I have to pay to get everything checked, causing me even more money. I now need all my flooring replaced. The cost to repair my floors will be 15k and I feel they should be responsible to cover this cost. I tried to give them a chance to repair it with stipulations and my emails have gone unanswered. So now I am force to post on sites like this, the better business bureau, FCC, etc. I even contacted a lawyer. This company should not be doing any type of construction work. They pose a safety risk to the community.  This company claims to be professional and have 13 years of experience. They have left my home in worst shape than it was in before the pipe burst.
