Autism Services/Mental Health: Forward B&MH Insurance Fraud Fresno CA

These folks are rip-off artist, they keep charging my insurance for visits I did not go to.  I left on vacation, come back and have four bills for services I never went to or used.  I call and leave messages, no one returns my call.  I was asked by the insurance who the doctor be, and they dont have anyone qualified in the place.  This place is so unprofessional and disorganized.  My child behavior got worse after going here because it was something different with these people every time we went.  They want money, and I heard the owner is opening up another business with kids.  Owner likes those kids for sure, tries to profit off of them.  No emails ever get returned.  They owe me over $400 dollars and then the visits I missed they trying to charge me.  That Forward profile they all look like meth heads.  Maybe that what this is for so they can have other businesses cause they could care less about this one.  So sad because these kids really are being taken advantage of at this palce of fraudulance,  I am trying to get my child some help, and all I have is fiancial problems now.  I done spent money on vacation for my child, now Forwasd owes me money, my insurance is wondering if this business is even legitimate, and no one retruns emails or phone calls.  Plus, this place be dirty.  I gues they cannot afford to pay staff, clean, and provide basic services.  Terrible, terrible company. Do not bring your kids here.
