The damage claim was exstensive .
Broken pipe in large homes Basement. House filled up with water.
The repairs took a lot of time .
We used contractor they suggested to clean replace items effected AC SYTEMS ETC. Entire basement had to be replaced.
When we where half way through the claim and in final phase and they had already agreed to amount to fund project in writing.
They claimed project took to long and the statue of limatations on the claim was up.
They delayed the claim and construction time by delaying payments to the contractor.During the process of all this The agent Justin Sutton with Jack Bradley agency assured us everthing was being taken care of that he was in constant contact with Auto Owners. This was all smoke and mirrors. this was planned
We feel like they did this intentionally. Because of the size of the claim. My wife and i were left with a lot to cover on our own. Its tough when your almost 70 and people take advantage of you.
ONLY REASON I'M WRITTING THIS BECAUSE I SEE THE WORTHLESS COMMERCIALS FOR AUTO OWNERS
Just dont want someone else to get taken buyer be ware of these 2 companys and this agent.
