We purchased a brand new vehicle from Autonation Toyota with upgrades (lift kit) as add on package.
The service center verified that the upgrade is compatable and ordered parts.
After we purchased the vehicle and drove it off, then brought it back for the upgrade a week later, we were informed they did not order any parts.
Later they informed us that the parts were not compatable and the sales person and service center tech made a mistake.
We asked for a refund as well as trip expenses as we had several hundred of fuel costs to bring the vehicle back out of town for upgrades that weren't compatable.
The dealership staff refered us to other staff and ultimately no one had provided any refund or recourse.
I have called and sent numerous messages requesting a refund however after 2 weeks we have not recieved any refund.
