BEWARE OF AUTUMN CARE -- SENIOR HEALTH CARE! Autumn Care of Cornelius medical staff failed to give my mother the correct medications as prescribed. The nurses under the supervision of Dr. Thad Clements, failed to follow the written orders and gave her several wrong medications in error and she died.  YES, SHE DIED! I recently began researching Saber Healthcare Group  (the parent company)  and the Autumn Care locations in the state of North Carolina.

There have over a dozen lawsuits  in the last 5 years and its staggering to see how many seniors have suffered.  Autumn Care has been charged for giving wrong medications to its patients before. This happens when  nurses assigned in the facility are either in a hurry to administer the drugs or failed to check the charts of the patients before administering the drugs. My Mom paid the ultimate price.

Legal action has been taken, but nothing will bring back my Mother.  Beware of Autumn Care!  DONT LET YOUR MOM , DAD OR LOVED ONES EVER GO TO THE PLACE.
