Sending this email agree with the original Complaint.  AWE is a total rip off and the Officers and Staff are all Rip Off artists.  I would like to add one other person along with all the others that is working on behalf of AWE - Medgar Boston - Development Officer, a total con man.

This Company's business license and other consumer licenses should be revoked by the State of California.

The orginal report about this Company - AWE is spot on.

As a former investor and a business partner of Mr. Hon, I'm glad that I was able to meet him. Through him I was able to close multiple deals, without any issues what so ever. His vast experinces and guidance was key assurance for me.

What caught my attention was how well composed and upfront Mr. Hon was with me throughout the whole process I had dealt with him. He let me know what he was looking for in an investor and what I should expect, after securing with him.

Mr. Hon not "Once" ever wasted my time or ever ignored a question I had for him. From what I recall Mr. Hon is very relaible/honnest person and sought out because of his success in closing deals.

ACCUSATION IN QUESTION:

I'd liked to point on the fact that, I only recongnize parnters who have helped me succeed as an investor or are able to close deals. Especially those whom have not wasted my time as its value greatly to me. I want others to know, this "AUTHOR" of the orginal report is the real fraud here.

Daniel Hon, in fact as I said before doesn't waste time & for that reason has plenty of connections for serious partners!! He is a very selective business man who screens investors before doing anything. This seperates himself from other typical business tycoons that make promises that go nowhere.

One thing I know is Daniel Hon, doesn't take "talking" as a way of securing a deal or trust. Like any serious investor, you should be able to proivde basic information with your business partner. If you can't do something simple as in comunication, your wasting others time period.

Also Daniel Hon, provided me with legitmate connections that ended closing deals. I think the original "Original Author" was a medicore attempt to be a so called "investor" instead only to sabotage Daniel Hon' &  his connections reputation.

It is sad that in this day in age, when people are not able to communicate correctly without any evidence presented, tend to downside others who have oustanding reputation and have actually helped others in closing buiness projects. 

As a formal rebuttal, I would like to highlight the following 

salient facts:

I was approached by an individual last year who claimed to have qualified investors for AWE's technolgy. I strongly suspect this individual is the slanderer in question. In light of my official capacity as Excutive Managing Director of Global Devolpement and a defacto "gate keeper", it is my responsibilty to carefully screen each prospective investor prior to engagement.

Upon my request for his professional profile, especially his prior experinces in securing investor funds, the salnderer was unable to provide any meaningful or helpful information. Ultimately, I opted to disengage from this slanderer. Instead of gracefully bowing out of the situation, the salnderer demanded to meet the founders  -  Brian Tochi and Allen Jones but I politely declined. I beileve this frivolous complaint was conjured up out of bitterness and self-exposed deception. 

The slanderer also alleged that I have refused to sign the NCND. We have turned away many unsolicited brokers/intermediaries in the past and it is meaningless to execute any NCND with individuals we  decline to engage. The alleged "scam" and "fraud" are totally unfounded and baselss. No prospective investors were ever presented by the acuser and no monetary considerations were ever tendered for engagement. I will challenge the slanderer to present tangible and documented facts to substantiate his claims.

The Executives at AWE Industries have known Daniel Hon for a length of time as a business partner and as a friend. He is an individual with the utmost integrity and detail. This allegation of Mr. Hon attempting to defraud others is a complete falsehood and fantasy. He is a sucessful and experinced former investment banker and technology entrepreneur. There is absolutely no motivation for him to be involved in anything that is not legitimate. He would have everything to lose and nothing to gain.

This "complaint review" is nothing but an anonymous slander against AWE, Daniel Hon, and John McCrimmon.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR ('VICTIM') OF THE ORIGINAL REPORT

The anonymous 'victim' is a disgruntled and dejected "broker/intermediary" who was turned down for his services. In his complaint the author states "I then had sent Legal Non Disclosure Non Circumvention agreement first to Daniel Hon";  Mr Hon deals only with principals, not broker/intermediaries. Rarely will he ever engage any broker because they rarely have anything genuine.  Our company and Mr. Hon adhere to strict policies and protocols.

If this anonymous complainant has anything valid or real, he should step foward and make himself known instead of hiding behind the computer. Please bring this allegation of fraud to local, state and/or federal prosecutors. If these allegations were true, which they are not, he would bring the evidence foward. 

We invite the Author to show the public:

1.) How you the complainant/victim was defrauded;

and 

2.) How any of the parties named in your online anonymous complaint is committing fraud.

I'm sure, like all faceless keyboard users, at the end you won't because your not able to. 

The AWE Has multiple articles of incorporation entities in California and Nevada and its Managing Partners and Especially Business and Global Directors Daniel Hon and John McCrimmon are CRIMINALS bent on Greed to persuade a legitimate investor to invest in a new technology that is suppose to change the world. The website still states that it is a " patent pending" technology. they do not have proof of a existing patent. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDSTERS 100%! BEWARE!

It is very unfortunate this person is not pleased with the response he got from the AWE team.  Brian Tochi, Alllen Jone, Daniel Hon and John Mcrrimmon are all individuals working to bring the AWE's game changing technology to the market place.  The company is growing fast and has a tremendous reputation with each and every entity the company is currently doing business with.

That being said I would advise this person not to post unsubstantiated information to websites which could be taken out of context. 

With the company growing exponentially,  every day we get unsolicited calls which one of the team members tries to answer personally. As a result some time there are things that get lost in the cracks, which is I am sure what happened in this case.

In general AWE Industries LLC does not accept unsolicited proposals. The AWE team is always available to speak to serious potential partners. If they follow our very strict protocols.

Which are:

Submit proposal in writing

Adhere to our due diligence process which includes vetting by the U.S. Commerce Department and State  Department   

Present a plan which can be validated for financial strength.

Sign affidavit that no bribes or graft was committed while securing contracts.
