B and D Auto Repair charged me for "Completel Brake Service ", but didn't do the work. They didn't turn the rotors. They broke the front differential breather hose and left it loose in the engine compartment. They stole the brake hardware from my car and put old brake pads on the front calipers. They "repaired" a pulley that was already new. They told me that my car was working properly. Devon Jones was the mechanic who worked on my car. He is an uncertified mechanic and the son of Douglas Jones, the only certified mechanic in the establishment (who doesn't actually work in the building, he just has the certification and runs this fraudulent business there)! Ron Cross is a service writer there, who used to work at Mossy Nissan, as an auto reconditioner for used cars that Nissan would buy for trade ins. They were so unhappy with his work that they invited him to quit. I have this knowledge on first hand from the dealership. It came about organically when I was looking for a place to fix my car from being sabotaged by B and D. The service provider asked me where I had gotten the work done, when I told them, they said they knew them--and then told me about Ron Cross.

Getting back to my experience with B and D, upon driving out of B and D's parking lot, there was very loud clanking noises, the brakes were grabbing, but not all engaging and not stopping the car! There was a whistling noise coming from the engine. 
I pulled over and opened the hood, and found the front differential breather hose flailing around. I tucked it into the back side as best I could because they had yanked the bracket off that holds it. I called them the next day to inquire what was going on with my car. They said to bring it back. I did. They had my car for another 5 hours, and then they brought it around front and said that they checked everything and it looked good. I drove out of their lot, and the noises and brakes were not fixed! I had taken pictures of them and I got out and looked, they were exactly the same. The brake hardware was still not installed. The rotors were still not turned. 
I called and they said to bring it back, and I did. This is 3 times for them to properly do the brakes and fix the loose handling rattle noise! This time Ron Cross had my car for nearly 5 hours again, and it just sat out back of their shop. I have pictures. Then they brought it around front and said that everything was fine. They kept saying "the new brakes need to settle in". I was so frustrated with their complete inability to do this work. I contacted the BBB, which they ignored. I have tried several times and ways to remedy this shoddy workmanship. They offer a 2yr/24k warranty on their work, but they don't actually do any work. I took my car to another mechanic and paid to have a brake inspection done, and they verified that the work I paid B and D for was not done! And that the hardware was not reinstalled. I have since fixed my car, having to pay more money to a different mechanic to re do the work! B and D is a fraudulent business.
