Basi6 International Associated with Alibris.com (Book Sellers). Textbook Seller-Scammers Irving Texas

Bought textbook via Alibris, which I am assuming works in collaboration with these scam artists. The description clearly states that the book will "be mailed from Irving, TX". I live 20 minutes from there, so figured it would take a couple days to arrive. It's now been over 3 weeks and I continued to get the "run around" and cannot speak with a human. Not feeling positive about the probability of a refund either.  I should have read other reviews prior to ordering from them. Apparently they occasionally send people books but a lot of times they don't and trying to recover your money is time consuming, frustrating and just not something you should have to do- so I suggest you avoid them altogether and save yourself from all of the hassle.

An item is not considered lost in the mail until 20 days or more have passed from the shipping date. If your book is not received by August 30 please let us know so I can investigate further.
