This hotel charged me $50 for not checking out at 11:00 am when there is a sign on the back of the room door that CLEARLY says that check out time is 12:00 noon. When I brought this to their attention, they were rude, uncareing and disrespectful and claimed that those were old signs and the new ones has not been put up yet. They have terrible reviews online and I should have read them before booking with them. Lesson learned.
