My wife been treated at the Beatitude (Aesthetic Medicine & Acne Center), Dr. Chang in San Diego, CA for aesthetic for the following treatments (Botox):

Venus Freeze: Neck, Face, Under Arms, Thighs, Abs and Back. Laser Treatment for Spider Veins in the Legs

I paid a highly costly treatment of $6500 for my wife and she was cheated from the Beatitude by Dr. Chang who lied to her that she will have a lot of improvements in her face and body. Honestly, Dr. Chang did nothing to my wife and she took advantage of the insufficient English language, took our money and cheated us with no feeling.

In 2013 we filed a lawsuit against the Beatitude (Aesthetic Medicine & Acne Center), Dr. Chang came to the court with her husband Scott and one young strange lady that my wife never saw at the Beatitude (Aesthetic Medicine & Acne Center). They showed false and deceptive statements of fact in the Small Court, they presented fraudulent document agreement  with a fake of my signature copied from the medical consent form that I signed for my wife and started giving false statements.

When I asked the Judge if I can see the statement document that her husband Scott represented to the His Honorable  with a pack of lies and hides it from me in the day of court and Judge asked her husband Scott if he showed all the documents and he kept lied with no feeling.                        

Witnesses under oath in California Superior Court, and a fair trial didn't occur to make a cross examination to explain to the judge the presentation of the fraudulent  document agreement that I never signed and I did not even see it.

They are crook and  so lucky because in California Small Claims Court as the plaintiff I cannot appeal on the claim of defendant, but if  the court allowed me to appeal the case, they will be punishable under California Penal Code Section 115 PC (Filing a False or Forged Document is a felony that is punishable by up to three years in prison and substantial court fines).

My recommendation to any one who wants to go to the horrible place Beatitude (Aesthetic Medicine & Acne Center) you will waste your money and time, just be SMART.
