Benson Arizona post office. Refused to forward my Boyfriends mail Arizona

My Boyfriend has been trying to forward his mail for the past 3 months and the Silver City Post Office and the Benson Arizona Post Office refuses to forward his mail and medication which will kill my boyfriend. Since the United States Government Postal Service is beyond dysfunctional and incompetent on forwarding my boyfriend's mail; and hes doing out with his medications and he will die because of this. The US Post Office makes disabled people jump over hurdles to get their mail forwarded in which is a violation of the disability Act. What he cannot do because of his disability The United States Government Postal Service they refused to forward his mail which is killing him. He put in 2 paper change of address paperwork through the United States Post Office in Silver City New Mexico And now they are doing a online forwarding after he has not received any mail from the forwarding his mail that does not work and they say they have No  Confirmation that he did it; which I am the one who forwarded in his Mail Online and he was told by the disgruntled Postal service worker in postal worker that there is No Information online that he ever placed a forwarding online which he did several times and I witnessed it and they are trying to not mail his mail medications forwarding it to Silver City New mexico so they can kill him because he needs his medication. I  will be sending this percussion of American citizens to Russia and China (because America is hypocrites) stating that Russia and China violating Human Rights in their country and they are Persecuting their citizens; and the Democrats are Persecuting their own citizens. This needs to be known and investigated.
