Sold me tampered Swann 4580 84580 8 channel digital video recorder 1080P with 4 Inferred cameras products I was told by the General Manager Patrick McAvoy that it was the top of the line after waiting some time to install , The unit simply didn’t work .

Was on Swann Tech support for hours was un able to fix or trouble shoot problem When I confronted Sean Page General Manager of the Geek Squad at Best Buy he refused to even look at the issue I was having Patrick McAvoy finally got back in the picture , and with a argumentative voice refused to take them back. I was out over $400.00 over their evil and wicked decent and will never go with an organization like them again.

Its too bad that in my opinion, these evil gobblers of graft like Best Buy exist. How many small small businesses have been gobbled up by institutions that just cannot compete price wise. and in my case treat the customer like trash. When Ma Bell got too big and had a monopoly on the telecommunications industry they were broken up for unfair trade practices.

The Federal Trade Cmmoission Chair Lina Khan, President Joe Biden could do the same thing at the very least this company should be investigated and Michael Lewis CEO Swann Security Cameras should no longer do business with such a mischievous bunch of snake oil salesmen in my opinion.
