- contacted feb 23, said it was being dropped shipped, could not provide any

tracking info

- promised delivery mar 2

- still could not provide any tracking info on mar 1

- Mar 4th was promised if monitor was not

received by "next week mar 11-ish" would refund full + 20%

- No communications answered since mar 4th
