This company Big M Transportation Inc. out of Blue Mountain,MS. are under the impression that they are above the law and nothing can or will be done to them!!! My life is in danger and they refuse to get in contact with my husband and route him to where I am and get me out of this dangerous/ abusive situation!!! And I am tired of nothing being done to this company!!! Just get him home.

They don't have any legal liability in this matter so why not stop shooting your mouth off and whining about legal responsibility when you don't have a clue of what you're talking about. You aren't their employee, your husband is. It's up to him to get them to route him home and it's up to him to decide if he wants to come home.

They are not a message service or a bus company, and I'm not sure what they have to do with you. If you are in a bad situation, call the police and go to a women's shelter or something. If your husband doesn't want to be with you, he is also well within his rights.
