Anthem Blue Cross keeps raising the premium for no reason other than "rising costs." It should be noted that there is a massive homelessness issue here which can be attributed to increased exposure to virulent pathogens. They do not cover most expenses unless it has to do with mental health or women's health i.e. birth control. They deny claims for chiropractic care and alternative medical treatments.
