Caveat:  Buyer Beware when purchasing from the aforementioned company!   As it turns out, the company (Bobcat Wireless in Alexandria, MN) sold me a defective Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and made no attempts to rectify the situation even though they were notified within the required 60-Day return period.  I shipped the phone back to them within the same time period.   

I was assured by one employee that a refund would be made.  Several days later, a different employee stated that I "was too late" on my return (because the USPS delivered just outside the required time limit -- even though the posted date of shipment was 4 days earlier).  I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this transaction by this company and have tried to report it to eBay without success. 

EBay has been silent on the issue and though I've been cordial with Bobcat Wireless I've received nothing but the standard "We're sorry about your shopping experience" message.  They are silent otherwise. 

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.  Their representative (SAM) is unapologetic in his approach to doing business and you won't get what you pay for.  I am, unfortunately, not the ONLY one with complaints about this company.  Do yourself a favor and skip over them....
