Never bet sports before, Yrs of online horse betting with TVG-no problem with them. But heard about High odds on Tiger returning to Masters, 4/7/22. So I found Bovada, & promise of matching deposit ($100) bonus, joined 4/1/22. Bet $100 on various futures on Tiger.
Won $50 (Tiger finished in top 10-first day 4/7/22) Waited until Derby Day 5/7/22, Bet race 9 Churchill Downs $10/win #9, $10/place #9, $10/show # 9. # 9 Won, Bovada showed $119 winnings. But winnings & "Bonus $100" were "Locked".
Agent in Chat said I could not get $100 until I bet $5000 more on website. I admit I did not read "Fine Print" Anyway a supervisor finally told me how to "Forfeit" the Bogus Bonus & my winnings were "available to withdraw" So I clicked that, & got email that it would take a few weeks for check to come.
Few weeks: I get email "Cannot Verify address" resent address, that I've lived at & received mail from USPS for over two years. With much effort & time finally got past "Chat bots" to real human who said "Your email does not exist in our System" although we have been emailing back & forth for weeks, & I have Screenshot of Account page showing both my email & $119 in winnings.
Next email is "Account closed" & there is no address, no phone #, no support only chat filled wih "Bots" telling me to read this or that article? Can you help?

a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General along with all documentation of what transpired. Also mail copies of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV Stations and put it to the attention of “Investigative Reporter”.
Maybe someone will contact you and expose what happened on TV. If this happened to you, it would be logical to conclude that it is happening to others. Good luck, and keep us updated.
