These guys give the car business a bad name, I bought a Honda Civic Si 2023 from them. Aylin Fernandez was my salesperson, not sure who was the sales manager that penciled my deal.  My bad experience started in finance I went into the dealership to sign the papers the car was not there yet but Om Prakash was my F&I finance and insurance , I told him I want gap only nothing else, I asked for the papers he said I will have them for you later this week he was also talking to a friend of his on the phone for 15 minutes while I was in his office I came from downtown Fort Lauderdale.

I went next day to pick up the car still no paper or buyers order showing the numbers, I came in like 4 days later for an IOU window tint/tire shine job then I got an external key drive and of course when I got home and put in my computer there was no buyers order, after insisting on it finally he emailed to me,  the numbers were way different and he added low Jack $699 without my permission.

I put a $5,000 bank and the numbers I agree with Aylin Fernandez  were completely different than what we agreed on the phone so they made a home run in the front end money and backend money but the greed and deceit did not stop there, I also called  Wesley Russell General Sales Manager never got a call from him back, the F&I guy salesperson and the sales manager that penciled the deal were corrupt and dishonest in everything, they just wanted the deal to roll out so they can get their commission, I blame more the F&I and sales manager.
When I asked the F&I manager OM what was his buy rate for the loan he gave me the round a round every F&I manager in the world knows the buy rate and if he was honest we would have just been straight instead he tried to confuse me and play games, the rate was much higher than other offers that I had which made a very high down payment. Dealers always have the buy rate from the bank and the rate they give the consumer which they make money on.

OM at the time of signing paperwork you have to explain the numbers this is the ethical thing to do I was deceived because I trusted them to be ethical. I am a disabled vet on a fixed income and every penny matters of course the sales price was like $38,500 for a vehicle that is listed at $28,900. Picked up the car in February 10th 2023 Friday.
