Brushy Creek rv park Hattie Edwards Ian mitchell kept 8 days of rent prepaid in advance as well as a $350 security deposit as well as having a sheriff harass me with arrest to make me move out of fear!!! Decatur Texas

Thankfully I found my lease!!! It states that I and the rv park give each other 30 days notice not to renew. I have been assured id receive my deposit back and 4 months later both the rv manager Hattie Edwards and owner Ian Mitchell have my phone number blocked. I was to speak with Ian and he’d get my deposit back.. then okay email brishycreektrust@gmail.com with my address and they’d send it in 30 days… okay did that 3 times… so I did a google review.

The owner replied they do not have an address to send it too!!! It’s on the lease that I have a copy of!!!!! Why do they not have it after I sent it via text, google maps chat, email, the lease?!?! Not only did I get threaded off the property when this was the FIRST RV PARK WITH A REAL LEASE!!!! But they kept the $350 security deposit and 8 days of rent I was screwed out of!!!!

I had worked 54.4 hours that week, wrecked my mustang that Wednesday evening going home and Saturday at 7pm Hattie hands me a letter she came up with to move by noon the following day on Sunday 9 days already paid for in advance!!!!! Hattie is a drunk of whom I cooked for the entire time she had covid!!!!!

She is a manipulative lying person whom nobody should trust!!!!! She has relations with married men at that rv park… she I will take an educated guess called in a favor to get a sheriff buddy to scare me to leave… I showed him the lease he said it’s private property so it’s irrelevant if u don’t leave I will arrest u for criminal trespassing!!!

The Jp court said they never once filed any eviction and wanted to know the officers name which I have recorded all of it on video!!!! That’s abuse of power by law enforcement!!!! This place stole $400-500 from me and it cost $250 to tow my fifth wheel, tow my wrecked mustang, and move in under 4 hours or I’d be arrested!!!! STAY AWAY!!! (((REACTED)))

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES TO A HANDICAP INDIVIDUAL!!! RIP OFF!!!! Right at the holidays so I couldn’t even buy my kids presents!!!! This rv park is a beautiful place but the management are thieves!!!!
