They will sweet talk you into handing over a large retainer, then show their true colors by fumbling your case, refusing to answer calls, fail to answer texts or emails, fail to return calls, sleep on urgent matters, and fail to file important documents in a timely manner. The result is you LOSING MONEY and ultimately LOSING YOUR CASE!
