From another Customer******CarGeeks/Auto WaREHOUSE . Next day they called and say that the car did not pass inspection. They wont give me my refund. On May 14th i contacted **** ***** of CarGeeks about possibly buying a 2015 Dodge Charger SE. He tells me to come to the dealership sp he can explain everything. He says that they buy their cars from an auction so i'd have to give the money beforehand if the car passes *********** **** calls me the next day and tells me the car passed inspection and I can proceed with the payment. Me being skeptical I ask **** what happens if theres a problem with the car.

Given the fact that there was no reasonable expectation of privacy since we were discussing prices in a room full of people I recorded **** multiple times saying that I would get 100% of the refund if any problem occurred. Whole conversation was recorded so I can evaluate facts when picking which car to buy. Everything sounded good so I went ahead and made the payment of $7,430 and was guaranteed the car the next day.

The following day on May 16 **** calls me saying the car did not pass inspection and that I would get refunded back everything except the $695 dealership fee. Which doesn't make sense because the car failing inspection was not my fault. **** said that the $695 includes fees from their mechanics inspecting the car but that also contradicts him calling a day earlier telling me the car passed inspection. Besides I never got any paperwork of the inspection.

I waited days for my refund and nothing happened so I called **** and he tells me to contact his boss ******. ****** tells me that because I paid $4,930 cash that can be sent via check to my address on 5/18 but minus the $695 dealership fee. He said that the remaining $2,500 id have to dispute with my bank because I paid with a card. Today is 6/3 I still have not received any money. On May 21st **** texted me "I found the perfect car for you" then proceeds to call me and explain. Said he found a 2014 Charger with low mileage and around the same price range. I said sure let me see it. He then emails me the visuals and on there he listed the car at 38,571 miles.

What **** did not know is that I also have access to Manheim, the websites where they buy a lot of their cars. So I went on Manheim.com and looked up the very same exact 2014 Charger and it had 78,571 miles. **** has been lying the whole process. I went to the dealership today 6/3 and demanded to speak to ****** since he's so called the boss but also the registered agent of the business. To my surprise ****** was not at the office and I was told he'd be out all day. Florida statutes regarding registered agents mentions that an agent has to be at that physical location Mon-Fri from 10am-12pm.

I talked to some apparent manager named ***** but he could not give me a specific date on when the check was sent out. Still waiting for answers. Theres also this other guy named *** who overshadows **** on everything to make sure he does not say anything incriminating. *** also came in the room where I was meeting with ***** today and started screaming that I was threatening him and that he has recorded phone calls of me doing so. First off I would never do anything as such I am very calm tempered. Second **** admitted of video of a federal crime, telephonic wiretapping.

Below ive attached the email that **** sent me saying the car had 38,571 miles and the actual car on Manheim.com that's listed at 78,571 miles. Their contract is full of lies and a violation of the doctrine of good faith and fair dealing. Backed up by the public area recordings.

WTH?

You start off YOUR report with "From another Customer".  It is so unreadable there is not any indication as to where that report stops and yours starts, if you even mentioned your issue at all.

Perhaps you can find a 4th grader to help you post your issue so that it is readable.
