Carshield.com provide Warranty contracts on vehicles I contracted with them to cover my 2013 RAM 1500 in Jan 2021. I filed 1 claim for a bad oilpan in 2023. I was told it was covered. but, they refused to pay after the work was done. Then after almost 3 years of coverage, I traded my RAM 1500 in and called to cancel.The girl cancelled but when i informed her that a charge was pending, she refused to issue a credit.
