I received an email saying I had been avoiding collection calls for a $759 internet loan.  The email threated to turn this "debt" over to a fast track debt collector, and also my creduit would be affected and they would report this "bad debt" to the IRS, and garnish my wadges.

I was also threatened with prosecution for bank fraud, violation of Federal Debt and Banking, and Theif by deception.  The only way to "resolve" this matter would be to use the link on the email and pay either $106 every other week for 7 weeks, or $500 today, all thru the link the email provided ONLY.

Fourtunatly for me I have worked in banking as a loan officer, and a lot of things raised red flags.  However I can see the average person being dupped into this scam.  I am so angered by people who would do this!
