Cathy McLain Sarah Blackmon, Lisa Danielson, Dwight Busby Estate Fraud + Theft Wilmer Alabama

It has been nothing but a circus ever since my dad Hillry Busby passed away on September 14th. It started out with the church (Apostolic Church of Wasson in Harrisburg, Illinois) that he attended for years. Prior to his death, it was said that he gave the preacher, Nathan Prather, enough money to conduct his funeral service, casket, and burial. However, this wouldn't make any sense he had life insurance. 

To my knowledge, everything was paid in full by him prior to death. However, this wasn't the case at all. All he got was a casket and a burial. No flowers, no headstone, no obituary, no salute for the time he spent in the army, and no food service. His graveside service was conducted so poorly. His children had a hand into this, but I'll go into further details in a  minute.

For someone who dedicated his time and money to your church, my dad wasn't treated with the dignity and respect that he deserved. I was even astonished that not even one church member had the courtesy to pay their respects at the graveside service.  What happened here was beyond disrespectful and unethical. His other children, Dwight Busby, Lisa Annette Danielson, and Sarah Blackmon as well as Dwight's girlfriend Cathy McLain made matters much worse. There were red flags everywhere, especially after Cathy found money in my dad's oven. As anyone knows that with an estate, nothing is to leave that estate until everything is divided between the beneficiaries.  However, she took it upon herself to have pizza delivered and then buy groceries the next day. This wasn't her place at all.

Dad and his other children never got along. He always talked about how they were nothing but losers that didn't want anything out of life.  It wasn't long ago when he visited them in Alabama that he was ganged up by all of them and was called everything in the book. Therefore, they were lucky to be mentioned in his will at all. He named Matthew Busby as his first executor. If Matt were to pass away, Dwight Busby would be the next executor. 

It wasn't long after his graveside service that things begin to escalate. It all concerned material items and money. Everything was supposed to be divided evenly - as mentioned in the will. However,  words were exchanged amongst the other kids and it all boiled down to them attempting to hire a lawyer to overturn the will. Little did they know by doing this that three of them would not be an executor, including the one that was named as a second executor, Dwight Busby.

Three of them are felons (Dwight, Matt, and Lisa) one  (Steven) doesn't want me in the will, and the other one (Sarah) wants to appoint herself as an executor even though she's incompetent. Cathy McLain was the ring leader in all of this since she did something similar when her parents and husband passed away. Cathy is a narcissist that will use anyone to get ahead in life.  It wouldn’t surprise me at all if she leaves Dwight once she gets what she wants. These two have an off-and-on relationship anyways.

Cathy, Dwight, Annette, Sarah, and my dad’s brother Kenny basically took over my dad’s home for two weeks, thinking they’d be able to get money from my dad’s will then and there. By doing so, they thought that hiring a lawyer will expedite the probate. Truth be told, probates can take months or even years. An estate small as my dad didn't even need a probate, but these are evil, money-hungry we're talking about here. To be fairly honest, they don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out. They're the epitome of white trash that would do anything to get a dollar.

My dad wasn’t wealthy at all. While he had good insurance from working at the mines all of those years, he had a very limited income. The money he had in his bank account, assets from the small property that he owned in addition to the mobile home he lived in as well as the 2007 truck he owned would be divided between 6 children. However, you’d also have to factor in things like property taxes, medical bills, and household bills (i.e electricity and water) that still need to be paid. Some of the money garnered from my dad's assets would have to go to collections since he had medical debt.  You’d think he had millions the way they’re acting!

I guess they figured that the probate wasn’t going to work in their favor anytime soon. Therefore, they took it upon themselves to take everything my dad owned: chest freezer (all of the food that was in it was emptied out in the trash can), air conditioner from the window, family pictures, pressure washer, furniture (excluding couch and porch bench), and many other things - anything they could think of, including a shower curtain.  They even broke into his garage and stole the tires and rims off his truck! They would have stolen the truck if they had the keys. Once they loaded everything on Dwight's trailer, they took off without warning, leaving my dad's house and yard completely trashed. I have photographic evidence of everything. Cathy's pit bull Cheyenne DESTROYED the bathroom (this where the dog was held in captivity). I found out via my FB feed that they were gone since Sarah was continuously posting updates about their whereabouts.  What the church did was pale in comparison to what his children and Cathy did. Let some of them tell it on Facebook, they’re grieving. However, this goes to show that they didn’t care about him at all.  

The so-called “ring leader” Cathy overstepped her boundaries by interjecting herself in a family matter that didn’t concern her. One evening Sarah called me and Cathy insisted on being put on speakerphone to put her two cents, trying to demonize Matt. However, this is because she had an agenda all along. My dad didn’t know her from Adam or Eve nor would he have cared for her. You’d think at 61 years old that Cathy would have more common sense. However, she doesn’t get along with her own children, especially her son Stephen. She once had full custody of her grandson Brittan and he was taken away from her. I shouldn’t also be surprised by Dwight’s part in this. He and Lisa stole their mother’s $3,000 life insurance and split the money. How low can you go? Dwight, Sarah, Lisa, and Cathy never worked an honest day's work in their lives. Dad always said that Dwight, Sarah, Lisa, and Steven lived the lives of Riley. Dwight runs a business called Cash for Junk, which mostly consists of stolen goods and parts.  He's nothing but a lowdown loser. 

We’re all accountable for our actions in life. They can continue deflecting the blame on the Prathers, but the truth is that dad wasn’t only failed by the church, but he was failed by his own family: his children and his brother. I didn’t agree with everything my dad said, but I’d do anything to hear him talk or get one last hug.  All this unnecessary turmoil hasn’t given me a chance to grieve the way I want. His death shouldn’t have been made into a mockery, but they all helped make it that way. Money, materialism, and life are so fleeting yet sadly, money and material items are everything to people like them.
