ILLEGAL wiring: Centurylink in downtown Denver CO serves internet-cable at RenewOnStout Apts 1531 Stout St, Denver CO 80202. The technicians are illegally routing Internet and Fiber Internet to apt "circuit breakers" that don't have internet or cable, STEALING that tenants electricity and forcing a $88 monthly Xcel electric bill.

The Centurylink technician was at RenewOnStout Apts on 2-16-22 for a service call.
