Christian Rogers LLC dumb a*s buddy stole gutters from property, didn't complete the work and left trash and debris Burton Mi

I was given a written quote that both parties signed. After the work started the Contractor, Christian Rogers discovered that the underlining wood was rotted and needed to be replaced and was not part of the bid.

Christian gave me a price for the additional material and I paid for it at Home Depot.

I asked Christian to give me the price for the additional labor on 9/12/2022

He gave me an overinflated price of twice the amount of the initial bid ($14,000).

I had another contractor give me an estimate of what that additional amount should cost ($2500) and I had several text message exchanges and phone conversations with Christian.  He would not put anything in writing and finally claimed all the work was done and to pay him whatever I felt was fair.

I had one of my associates inspect the work and found the gutters were broken and destroyed with an estimated cost to replace them at $2000. In addition, the work was not completed.  Debris was left at the site, full trash dumpsters, and the front and back of the roof were not completed.

I had to pay another contractor to come in and complete the job as I was trying to get a renter to move into the property.

I received threats from Christian Rogers claiming he was going to sue me and place a lien on my property.

Christian Rogers in not licensed, but claims to be licensed and bonded. He has ripped off his workers as well and continues to do crapy and unfinished work. 
Christain has threatened me as well as posted fraud claims on my social media and website.
