Therefore, my investigators believe this to be the very same David Quinn, convicted felon, of fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and theft.

Screenshots of this business listing on your website, as well as the false reviews on Google, have been submitted to the Federal Trade Commission for prosecution of these several individuals. 

Please understand the gravity of this situation. You were made aware of this highly fraudulent business targeting the elderly, based on past consumer fraud by David Quinn and his several entities in the State of Virginia.
