Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Morgantown They have refused to honor our extended warrenty that covers a replacement of an engine. There were thermostat issues from the start that ended up causing the engine to seize up. We took it back to the dealership to have them replace it and they have refused to honor the extended warrenty. Morgantown WV

We started to have issues with the thermostat and radiator hoses. We took it to the dealership where they stated there were no issues. We took our vehicle back several times and they continued to state there were no problems with the vehicle. We started to have engine problems, then when we took the vehicle back were told we need to put in an ENTIRE new engine.
We stated our extended warrenty covers that then were told they would NOT honor the extended warranty. Have talked to many other people in town and were actually told they had similar problems with this dealership. This business is practicing crooked dealings and refusing to honor their extended warranties they offer to customers.
This dealership needs to be shut down, put out of business IMMEDIATELY!!! On top of everything else, the continue to DEMAND that we make our monthly payments. Have not even been offered a rental(which is also covered in the extended warrenty) or a replacement vehicle. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL CO
